Applying for a Grant

If you are applying for a grant under the Local Charity or Local Church category, and you are not based in Swansea or immediate area, we will only consider your application if you demonstrate a strong local involvement detailing, for example, the number of people you are currently assisiting in Swansea area.

If you are applying under Overseas Charity category, you must be registered UK charity operating in developing world.

The trustees of the Austin Bailey Foundation normally meet in May and December.
Therefore, you should submit your grant application by mid April and mid November to be reviewed in time for the next meeting.

When applying for a grant please use the downloadable application form and email it, along with appropriate attachments, to the relevant administration office.

All applications must be submitted by email with the downloadable application form.
Applications not submitted this way will not be considered.  Applicants will often want to send bulky reports by post and a copy of the application form can be included.

The Trust deed gives the right to vary the scope of the Trust's operations to the Trustees.

The Trustees endeavour to remain faithful to the founders' original purposes for the Foundation and their decisions on distributions will be final.
